Minchinhampton-based choir the Stuart Singers have donated a portion of the proceeds of their June concert to Stroud Valleys Project (SVP).

The popular group, which gives around 10 concerts a year, donated £300 to SVP following the event.

SVP’s CEO Clare Mahdiyone said: “We’re hugely grateful to the Stuart Singers for choosing us as one of their donor charities. We’ll use these funds in our district-wide work to protect and enhance green spaces for Stroud’s wildlife and community.”
