The Prime Practice has officially opened the doors to its brand-new clinic at Krate Village, Whitminster, marking an exciting new chapter for the business and the local community.
The new facility based at the former Whitminster Inn, expands The Prime Practice’s reputation for excellence in physiotherapy, sports therapy, and injury rehabilitation with an even greater range of services designed to help clients move better, feel stronger, and live pain-free.

Among the new additions are a dedicated Reformer Pilates Studio and a Matwork Pilates Studio, offering clients the opportunity to experience the full benefits of Pilates through both equipment-based and traditional methods. These sessions are suitable for all levels — from beginners to advanced athletes — and focus on improving strength, flexibility, posture, and overall wellbeing.
At the heart of the new site is a state-of-the-art rehabilitation gym, purpose-built to support recovery and performance at every stage. Outfitted with the latest equipment, the gym provides the ideal space for clients to progress through tailored rehabilitation and conditioning programmes under expert supervision.

Founder James Stevenson commented: “This project has been a long time in the making, and we’re incredibly proud and grateful to finally see it come to life. The new location and expanded space give us the opportunity to bring our full range of services to even more people in the area. The addition of our new Reformer Pilates Studio marks an exciting new chapter for The Prime Practice and will be a fantastic enhancement to everything we already offer.
“We’d also like to take this opportunity to express our sincere thanks to Stroud Rugby Club for their incredible support over the past seven years. The club and especially the Board of Directors have been outstanding in helping us grow, develop, and reach the point where we are today. Their encouragement and partnership have played a huge role in our journey.”
Conveniently located with on-site parking, the new clinic offers a welcoming, professional, and fully accessible environment where clients can achieve their goals — whether that’s recovering from injury, improving mobility, or enhancing sporting performance.
