The annual Nailsworth Festival drew in the crowds with Saturday being a celebration of dance, music and tradition.
Highlights included a parade through the town to celebrate Vyshyvanka Day – an international holiday that aims to preserve the Ukrainian folk traditions of creating and wearing the ethnic embroidered shirts called Vyshvankas.

The parade concluded with an exhibition that featured a Ukrainian workshop, food, music and dancing in St George’s Church. The event was promoted by the Stroudwater Textile Trust in association with Cotswold Canals Connected.
