What’s on in Stroud this week: 3 – 9 February
February is upon us and the sun came out at the weekend, so you may be forgiven for thinking spring has basically sprung.
However, given that reality still involves plenty of dark evenings and cold grey days, it may be a relief to find Stroud is almost always willing to roll out a programme of excellent indoor activities, with notable events this week at the Stroud Brewery, the Sub Rooms and the Trinity Rooms.
Meanwhile, if nothing can hold back your springtime feelings, help is at hand in the form of a special Growing Places exhibition at the well-heated Museum in the Park and a Stroud Valleys Project tree-planing day in Sapperton.
