Whiteshill & Farmhill switch on first ever Christmas Light Trail

MOST READ

The villages of Whiteshill and Farmhill have officially pressed the ‘on’ switch for their first ever Christmas Light Trail.

More than 76 homes and community spots — including St Paul’s Church and the local pub — are taking part. Trail maps are now available to buy from the village shop, with all proceeds going to the St Paul’s restoration fund. The church has been without heating for four years, and the community is working hard to support the repairs.

The trail will run throughout the festive period, offering residents and visitors a chance to explore the displays at their own pace. Anyone wishing to cast a vote for the “Best Lit House” will need to do so soon, as the winner will be announced during St Paul’s Festival of Light on Thursday 18th December.
