Television presenter Laura Hamilton was spotted around Stroud yesterday, Tuesday, with a film crew in tow.
Famous for presenting Channel 4’s A Place in the Sun, Laura was working alongside Stroud’s own Nick Ponting, known for presenting the Amazon Prime Video series Lovecars On The Road with former Top Gear presenter Tiff Needell as well as Ben Collins who appeared as The Stig.
Stroud Times photographer Matt Bigwood tracked the crew down to Saul Marina near Frampton on Severn, as Laura and Nick looked around a narrowboat before filming a section with a £200,000 Porsche supercar.
It’s believed the filming was a pilot episode for a new series – watch this space for more details.
