It was judged by the well-respected judging team of Eddy and Pam Lane, with Eddy giving the excellent critique on all entered images.

In the Digital section the competition was won by Leslie Holmes’ fantastic image of penguins in the snow called Ups and Downs. In second place was a lovely image by Rene Cason of a Little Owl dealing with the rain and in third was another image from Leslie’s many travels of Elephant in Amboseli.

Highly commended images were selected by Roger Matthews and Rene Cason, whilst three Commended images were selected by Malcolm M Warner, Kerrin Malone, and Ian Peters.

In the Print section, there was a wonderful image of a Red Squirrel by Ian Peters in first place. This was followed by Leslie Holmes Leopard with Aardvark in second place and yet another from Leslie Holmes in third with Polar Bear on Ice.

Highly Commended images were selected by Richard Atkinson and Rene Cason and Commended images by Kerrin Malone and Brian Dinnage.
