Toolstation has confirmed the opening of a new store in Stroud.

Located in Lower Wharf Industrial Estate, the store is the latest to be added to Toolstation’s 580+ stores across the UK and will open to DIYers and tradespeople from Monday, August 31st.

The opening has created seven new positions, making up a dedicated team on hand to help customers with expert advice and reliable service seven days a week. The store will be open from 7am to 8pm Monday to Friday, 7am to 6pm on Saturdays, and 9am to 4pm on Sundays.

Local trade and DIY customers will now have access to over 25,000 trade-quality products from leading brands, including DeWalt, Milwaukee, Makita, Wessex, Kärcher, Leyland, Flume and more, helping them conquer any job.

Toolstation’s multi-channel service means local customers can order online at toolstation.com or on the Toolstation App, and Click & Collect from the Stroud store within five minutes of ordering, demonstrating the commitment to quickly and conveniently provide tradespeople, DIYers and homebuilders with tools and more to tackle any job through the simple click of a button.

Local tradespeople who join the Toolstation Club will be able to benefit from saving 5% off ALL orders throughout the first month of their membership, with no restrictions on basket size or price. Upon completion of the first month, customers who spend £75 or more each month afterwards will continue to benefit from the 5% discount. They will also be eligible for future prize draws, product deals, discounts, and competitions throughout the year.

Club Members can upgrade to the Toolstation Trade Club by spending £150 or more each month, which will provide them with free next business day delivery and exclusive trade-specific offers and rewards in addition to the existing club benefits, whilst customers who currently hold a Trade Credit Account will not only gain immediate access to all Club and Trade Club benefits, but they will also continue to enjoy the existing benefit of 60 days interest-free credit with no minimum spend.

The store manager Sam Brown said, “We’re excited to open the doors to our new Stroud store. Our attention to customer service and the knowledge of our colleagues, combined with a quick and convenient shopping experience will hopefully make the tradespeople of Stroud consider Toolstation their first stop in the morning and with stores open from 7am Monday to Saturday and 9am on Sundays, it will keep us front of mind when their day begins.”
