The Blushes Collective, has won Salon Group of the Year at the prestigious Fellowship for British Hairdressing Luncheon & Awards this week.

The portfolio – with salons in Nailsworth, Cheltenham, Cirencester, Oxford and Worcester – beat competition from other national salon groups to win the award, which was presented at a glittering lunch at The Londoner in the heart of London’s Leicester Square.

The event, which saw more than 400 hairdressers come together to celebrate the very best of British hairdressing business acumen and creativity, also celebrated its 75th anniversary, as well as the future of the industry. Fellowship President Ken Picton described the last 18 months as “we have faced the worst, but come out as the best.” He described the winning group as having shown resilience, sustainable practises and a solid team and great working environment.

The award was presented to Managing Director Dom Blake, who said: “We are delighted to win this award, beating some of the best hairdressing groups in the industry. The past 18 months have been challenging, but our team have embraced all the changes that we have had to go through and continued to provide our signature Blushes Feeling, in a professional and fun environment, for our clients.”
