Police are appealing for information from the public to help find a man wanted on warrant after failing to appear in court.

Officers want to speak to Mark Bishop, aged 49, and formerly of Cirencester, Gloucestershire, who was due to appear having been charged with aggravated taking a vehicle without consent; failing to stop at the scene of acollision; failing to report a collision; driving without a licence; and driving without insurance.

Bishop, who is known to use various false names, is believed to be moving between locations and is known to have been in Devon, Warwickshire and Thames Valley. He has been seen in Gloucestershire in recent months.
