Brimscombe legend Ollie Pitt has called time on his incredible spell at the Hellenic Premier Division club.
Stalwart Pitt spent a staggering 11 seasons at the Meadow, clocking up 352 appearances and plundering 109 goals.
He said: “Thank you to everyone at Brimscombe for my time at the club.”
As Brimscombe enter a new era under chairman Neil Long and recently appointed Lilywhites’ boss Gareth Davies, Pitt heaped praise on the people he forged lifelong friendships with at the Meadow, he added: “I’d like to thank former boss Sam Prior and his backroom staff, and ex-chairman Clive Baker, who are mates for life at the club.”
A raft of clubs are set to compete for Pitt’s signature, with Tuffley Rovers understood to be leading the chase.
