Catherine Braun, leader of Stroud District Council, who is standing for re-election as a councillor in Wotton-under-Edge ward, said: “Speaking to local voters is so important to find out what issues concern them ahead of the elections on May 2. It gave us a real boost in the run-up to polling day to have two of our Party’s most senior politicians visit from London to help us out.”
