Frocester went down by 102 runs at home to WEPL’s leaders Bridgwater while Thornbury succumbed by 104 runs at home to champions Potterne, unable to recover after collapsing to 51-7.
Charlton Kings made it five in a row and moved up to second with a 38-run triumph away to Langford.
The visitors rallied from an unpromising 32-3 to eventually total 212 after losing the toss, Matt Luxton top scoring on 60 as Tino Mushonga grabbed 4-33.
And Luxton followed up with a return of 3-31, Charlie Watkins also bagging 3-30, both from ten, as Kings closed out the victory.
Next up is a home date with leaders Chipping Sodbury who slipped up by two wickets at home to Frocester 2nds.
Rohan Wijeratne top scored on 94, sharing an opening stand of 125 with 13-year-old Ronnie Freeman who marked his debut with 37 in a total of 240-5.
And Frocester then recovered from 100-7 to make it three wins from their last four outings, Islamnabi Ahmadzai (67) and Shafiq Maroofkhel (62 not) playing the starring roles.
Bourton Vale dropped a place to third following an eight wicket home setback in a rain-affected home date against Hawkesbury Upton.
Mark Whitney top scored on 70 in Bourton’s total of 234. Hawkesbury were ahead of the run rate at 114-2 after 27 overs when the weather ended play for the day.
Aston Ingham emerged 34-run victors at Gloucester while Stroud bowled out bottom side Thornbury 2nds for 129 before breezing to a nine wicket win, Dajanan Yoganathan taking 4-25 from nine.
Bristol edged up a place to sixth in Premier One after skittling Downend for 94 and completing an eight-wicket win, Tommy Probert leading the charge with a haul of 4-15.
Dumbleton, the Premier Two Glos/Wilts pacesetters, made it six victories in a row with a 133-run success at Chippenham, brothers Dan and Myles Holland both hitting 64 before Ollie Horne struck with figures of 5-25 from ten.
Painswick were 80-run victors in a rain-hit clash at Hatherley & Reddings, Luke Woolway (116) and Reece Morris (92) shining ahead of Benny Howell bagging 4-25 from nine.
Cheltenham were bowled out for 124 ahead of sliding to a six-wicket defeat at Goatace and Tewkesbury came up 17 runs short at Royal Wootton Bassett.
Bishopston, meanwhile, completed a 65-run victory at OB Westbury to further boost their hopes of avoiding the drop from Premier Two Bristol/Somerset, Gary Booth hitting 68.
And Golden Hill squeezed in by one wicket at home to Taunton thanks mainly to Imraan Manack’s unbeaten 116 from 97 (13 fours, five sixes) as the all-rounder put on 21 for the final wicket with Jacob Lewis who will probably never score a more valuable nought not out.
Knowle are the new leaders of Bristol & North Somerset after trumping Bristol 2nds by 165 runs, Andrew Rasemene contributing an unbeaten 65 off 47 at number eight, and then producing a devastating opening burst of 4-12 from five overs.
Leaders Bristol West Indian Phoenix went down by 118 runs at home to Bradley Stoke & Almondsbury, Camden Hawkins cracking an unbeaten 141 from 137 (14 fours, three sixes).
And fellow high-flyers Twyford House also lost, by two wickets at home to struggling Bedminster 2nds, Harry Bryan claiming 4-26 from six.
Bristol Pakistanis remain bottom despite a six-wicket success away to Frenchay, Umair Javed taking 3-40 and following up with an unbeaten 80.
In the final game, Pak Bristolians were dismissed for 121 at Brislington who secured a nine-wicket win in less than 16 overs.

JOE Conway finished with memorable figures of 7-20 from only eight overs for leaders Andoversford who completed a five wicket home win against Ullenwood Bharat 4ths in Division Nine B of the Gloucestershire League.
The visitors were dismissed for 67 after losing the toss as Conway ran through the order before wrapping up the points in less than ten overs.
Gloucester AIW 2nds remain second after hanging on for a four-run win away to Charlton Kings 2nds.
Innings of the day came in Division Six B where Bibury’s Adeko Collymore hammered an unbeaten 206 off just 117 (20 fours, 13 sixes) to pave the way for a 96-run triumph at Eastcombe.
The opener propelled his side to a total of 340-5 ahead of Alastair Taylor grabbing 4-39 from eight to wrap up the points.
Collymore, incidentally, has now scored five centuries this summer and is only 69 away from breaking the 1,000-run barrier with six more rounds of games to go.
Leaders Lechlade were 52-run victors at Oldlands while high-flying Tetbury 2nds trumped Tormarton by five wickets.
Opener Prashant Shah, meanwhile, walloped 155 from 109 (23 fours, seven sixes) for Arcadian Nine Elms in Division Seven A.
That innings took his side to 273-9 away to Highnam Court who came up 35 runs short despite the efforts of Rob Burgess (49).
Corse & Staunton, the Division One leaders, marched past Chipping Campden by ten wickets, Te Shawn Zyun Alleyne capturing 4-16 and then following up with an unbeaten 56 while captain Ed Goolden contributed 62 not out.
Cheltenham 2nds remain in the runners up position despite a one-run home setback against Cirencester, while Cheltenham Civil Service missed a chance to close the gap with a 53-run defeat at Rockhampton for whom Charlie Groves took 3-18 from five.
Relegation-battling Lydney trumped bottom side Redmarley by 94 runs, opener Tom Legge cracking 69 while there were three wickets apiece for Jack O’Connell, Jordan Stone and Callum Miller.
Dumbleton 2nds opened up a seven-point lead at the top of Division Two thanks to a four wicket home victory over promotion rivals Apperley, Arthur Sweeting unbeaten on 43.
And Tewkesbury 2nds remain in contention following a three-wicket home success over struggling Shurdington that included a haul of 4-37 from Alex Oliver.
Leaders Woodmancote emerged emphatic 175-run home winners over nearest rivals Gloucester AIW in Division Three.
Grant Spencer’s 113 from 89 (14 fours, five sixes) lifted his side to an imposing 309-7 ahead of Mike Morris (3-11) leading the charge with the ball.
