Plain flour to coat your work surface, 1 x 12-inch pizza crust, 1 tbsp olive oil, 225g Nutella plus extra for drizzling, 290g strawberries husked and sliced, and icing sugar optional.

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 260°C, if you are using a pizza stone, lightly dust it with flour and place it in the oven.

Lightly flour your work surface or pizza pan with flour, and place your pizza crust on it. Now, brush olive oil on your crust leaving a half-inch border. Place in the oven and cook for approximately 5 minutes, then remove and leave to cool.

While your pizza crust is cooking, in a heatproof bowl, warm the Nutella so that is soft and spreadable.

Now, spread Nutella on the pizza crust, leaving a half-inch border, place the sliced strawberries on top, sprinkle powdered sugar, and drizzle melted Nutella over it.
