DESPITE freezing temperatures, Winstones Ice Cream Parlour is back open.

Choosing to close during January, the iconic parlour on Rodborough Common has reopened to the public with socially-distanced measures in place.

Winstones director Tom Vear welcomed the reopening and said: “Whilst we are very excited to welcome customers back to enjoy something positive in what is still very much a dark time, we do not encourage travel outside of Gloucestershire at the moment.

“Our queuing system will remain in place as a permanent fixture for all-round safety.”
