A wellness centre in Stroud is going from strength-to- strength.
Opened in Kendrick Street, in the former Trading Post record shop building, Healthnuts is a juice bar and wellness centre, with an emphasis on improving peoples’ mental and physical health through natural means, such as healthy food and drinks, meditation, yoga and holistic therapies.
Run by Alex Watson and Chris West, the co-founders told Stroud Times: “We’re celebrating our fifth month since opening, and it’s been a joy connecting with the vibrant community of health and wellness enthusiasts in Stroud at HealthNuts.

“Our space has become a bit of a hub where like-minded individuals gather and bond over interests in yoga, meditation, juicing, and spirituality.
“From our beloved “Original Songs and Quirky Covers” music nights to monthly Kirtans, meditations and dance events, there’s always something cool happening here.
“As the weather warms up, we’re focusing on serving refreshing raw juices, nutritious smoothies, and offering our popular 5 and 7-day juice cleanses—ideal for a deep detox with six cold-pressed juices daily to take home with you.

“To our delight our unique, delicious and extremely healthy smoothie bowls are starting to become quite famous in and around the Stroud area! Warning! They can be addictive.
“So, if you’re looking to enhance your mental and physical well-being, explore meditation, join a yoga class, or simply indulge in nourishing, natural food and drinks, we’d love to invite you to visit us at HealthNuts -26, Kendrick Street in the Centre of Town.”
