Ticket prices have been revealed for your chance to see Van Morrison perform at the Sub Rooms next month.

It will cost music fans £127.50 to £152.50 to watch the iconic singer-songwriter perform on Monday, March 24.

On their social media on Wednesday, the Sub Rooms issued a statement about the ticket prices: ‘As a grassroots venue, part of our mission statement is to bring culturally and artistically significant offerings to our community, regardless of whether there is profit to be made for us or not.

‘As you can imagine, securing an icon like Van Morrison requires rather deep pockets but we felt the opportunity to bring such an incredible artist to The Subs was too important to pass up on.

‘Therefore, you’ll notice that the ticket prices for this show are higher than our average, this is purely so that we can, as a charity venue, afford to put on this gig and bring Van to Stroud.’

He is known for hits including Brown Eyed Girl, Moondance and Into the Mystic.

His iconic albums like Moondance and Astral Weeks showcase his rich, expressive voice and lyrical prowess.
