Camera shop set to reopen after smash-and-grab robbery

A camera shop is set to reopen on Saturday after more than £60,000 worth of Canon, Nikon and Leica branded cameras and lenses were stolen during an overnight robbery in Dursley.

Police were called to Clifton Cameras on Parsonage Street at 3am on Saturday, June 3 after it was reported that three men had forced entry to the shop.

Police attended the scene and searched the area but the offenders had fled and enquiries are now ongoing to identify them.

The men were described as being white, wearing all black clothing and had ski-masks/balaclavas over their faces. One of them was wearing an Adidas hoody.
