The next meeting of the Wings and Wheels Society, Dursley, will take place at 8pm on Thursday, May 11th at Dursley Community Centre, GL11 5SE.

Founder Rich Kelsey will present an illustrated review of 20 years of the Royal International Air Tattoo at Fairford, and rail historian, Ian Thomas will talk about local railway lines and branch lines that succumbed to Dr Beeching’s ‘axe’ in 1963 – a plan to improve the efficiency of the nationalised railways.

All welcome and entry to this meeting will be free, or donation to our charity fund for SVTEC.
