Rodborough Old Boys have extended their partnership with The Clothiers Arms pub ahead of the 2023/24 season.

The Clothiers now sponsors four of the team’s kits and have provided a new blue away kit for the upcoming season, with the first team set to play in the Gloucestershire Northern Senior League for the very first time, alongside a promoted reserve and third team in Stroud League Division Two and Division Four South, respectively.

The Bath Road pub, ran by Harry Counsell, describes itself as ‘a down-to-earth family friendly pub with excellent food and drink’ and hosts the Old Boys in its large outside garden after matchdays.

Rodborough’s Shaun Walker said: “The Old Boys are very grateful to continue our sponsorship with The Clothiers Arms this season and into the future.

“Harry and his team do a fantastic job supporting our club after matchdays and it’s businesses like these that contribute to keeping a football team going with the help of sponsorship and providing a team kit to play in.”

Rodborough Old Boys train at Archway School every Wednesday from 6:30 pm until 8 pm, with new players always welcome.
