Marley’s Sarnies has become the latest food trader to join the line up at the Borough Market style food hall in Five Valleys shopping centre.

A resident of one of the apartments at Five Valleys, Marley Lines-Dymond is realising his dream by providing ‘big and tasty sarnies to sandwich lovers at reasonable prices’ made freshly to order daily.

The menu will feature popular favourites such as roast chicken, BLT, egg mayo, Tandoori and Chicken Tikka all made from organic and local produce where possible.

Marley previously worked for spicy chicken hot spot at the market, House of Piri, for two years. Here he developed his passion for food, perfected his skills and got to know the local community learning what was missing from the market – big, impactful sarnies!

The sandwiches will be available Monday to Sunday and until late on Fridays, tying in with the night market, as well as through Uber Eats.

Marley also offers a weekly special allowing him to experiment with different flavours and respond to customer requests.

All sandwiches will also be made available as salad bowls and with a choice of different breads from soft white to seeded, all supplied by a local bakery.

Gluten free options will also be available with pots of gravy for people to dip their sandwiches into raising the bar for that ultimate indulgence.

Breakfast yogurts, protein bowls and granola pots will also be on the menu for those wanting a lighter snack or breakfast option.

The new venture has created two new jobs at the centre bringing the employment head count at the scheme to almost 400.

Marley’s Sarnies can be found opposite Sandersons Boutique department store, next door to Alfonso Gelateria.

Foodies can also expect to find a rich tapestry of gourmet street food from around the globe, seven days a week at the market with free onsite parking on Sundays.

From Pad Thai to pakoras, BBQ to sushi, pasta to bubble teas, there is something for all appetites.

The market is now fully let however anyone interested in a retail or office unit at Five Valleys should contact Olly Jansen on 01226 360644 or olly.jansen@dransfield.co.uk
