Road closed following serious collision

Police have closed the A4135 Cam Pitch in Dursley following a serious collision this afternoon, Wednesday.

Emergency services were called shortly after 1.55pm with a report of a collision involving two vehicles.

The occupants of both vehicles are being assessed by paramedics.

Closures have been put into place on the stretch of road from the junction of Manor Avenue and roundabout on Chapel Street.

Motorists are asked to plan their route in advance and avoid the area.
