World Book Day 2022: Hopelands Preparatory School

MOST READ

World Book Day returned for 2022 today with children dressing up as their favourite literary characters.

From the Wizard of Ozz to Peter Pan, the walk to school looked a little different on Thursday, March 3.

Hopelands Preparatory Reception and Year 1 pupils took part in the annual event, with the school also running a novel competition with children asked to send in a picture of themselves reading in an unusual place.

Imagination was at the forefront, with one child pictured reading from a digger and another sharing a book with a 100-year-old tortoise.
