A Stroud charity is urging people to donate their unwanted Christmas cards and help raise funds for the Cobalt charity.
Stroud Stragglers are a fundraising group who were formed in 2007 and have raised more than £30,000 for charities, including Cancer Research, Alzheimer’s Society, and Cheltenham and Gloucester Hospitals Charity.
This year, people can drop off their cards at various locations, including Tesco in Stroud.
Drop your used Christmas cards to: Tesco, Stroud, 23 Elm Road, Cashes Green, GL5 4NJ, 20 Stringers Close, Roborough, GL5 3RB81 Arrowsmith Drive, Stonehouse, GL10 2QS.
Cobalt supports the needs of patients locally and nationally through specialist imaging centres in Cheltenham and Birmingham and through a fleet of mobile MRI and CT scanners.
