The Bowbridge Arms is in safe hands as the popular London Road pub prepares to reopen under new owners.
Following two months of renovation, Jess McFarling and husband Dylan Jones plan to create a community and family feel inside the pub.
Jess and Dylan have teamed up with Butcombe and Wye Valley Brewery, who have replaced all the cellar equipment and lines to deliver a fresh pint.
Stroud Times was invited for a sneak peak ahead of the scheduled opening on Friday, March 7.
The Bowbridge Arms will feature a designated inside soft play area for children, allowing parents to enjoy a relaxing pint. Pub grub is also on the menu, including a pizza oven.
The Bowbridge Arms has been a staple of the Stroud pub scene since 1856 and was previously known as The British Oak and Canal Tavern.
